By creating a negative air pressure environment the contaminated air is pulled up and away from the lab operator and into a filtered chamber. Depending on your application, we offer HEPA, ULPA and Carbon filters.
These portable benchtop hoods are available in 24″ and 32″ wide, perfect for small laboratories. Fume hoods are available in Clear Polycarbonate or Transparent Static-Dissipative PVC material. Polycarbonate is a durable corrosion-resistant material and Static-Dissipative PVC minimizes the risk of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) under the hood.
